Coaching is partnering with you, the client in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential.  Consulting is a process of giving expert advice and/or opinions. TheMurrayGroup often combines coaching & consulting with clients where needed. 


Coaching & consulting is a process used to take your business from where it is now to where you, the business owner wants it to be. Real estate coaching will assist and guide you in growing your business by helping you clarify the vision of your business and how it fits in with your personal & professional goals.  


What does "being fully" present  in coaching  mean?  The International Coach Federation describes presence as the “ability to be fully conscious and create a spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible, and confident.”  As a Certified Professional Coach, it is vital to be fully present in every session with every client. This method allows me to customize each session to your needs for the biggest benefit to your business. 


Services Include:


  • Individual or Team Coaching - 30 min or 1 hour sessions are one-on-one and customized for each individual or team. Team coaching is centered around team goals.


  • Group Coaching - Not ready for one-on-one coaching? Group coaching is a great place to start! Groups are made up of 6-8 like minded Realtors. All groups are closed after the first session.


  • Masterminds Meetings - An opportunity to collaborate with like minded Realtors to discuss market trends, marketing strategies & overcome challenges. Masterminds are closed groups of 6-8 Realtors. To join a Mastermind group email Kelly@The-MurrayGroup.com.


  • Mentor Programs - This is an Informal relationship with you to help guide you with advice & feedback through specific areas of your real estate business such as reviewing contracts, inspection reports and guidance through each specific transaction from the beginning and through closing.


  • Accountability Meetings - Weekly meetings designed to keep you on track with your goals. These are small groups of 6-8 like minded Realtors committed to reaching their monthly, quarterly & annual goals. Accountability meetings can be added to any real estate coaching package for an additional boost in your business or utilized by itself.


  • Build & Implement Systems - Systems are very important in every business. They keep us organized and help ensure that we don't miss any opportunities. Real estate coaching helps you build & implement new systems or strengthen existing systems. 


  • Metrics to Measure Progress - We utilize a cloud based real estate coaching platform that  automates certain pieces of the coaching process to measure goals, successes & aid in accountability.
